What we are agreeing to
Written to be read rather than to be hidden behind. If anything here is unclear, call and ask before you book.
Last updated 1 October 2026.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we have written to you with the itinerary and the total, you have agreed it, and the part payment has reached us. Until then nothing is held.
The balance is due during the trip unless we agree otherwise. We take UPI, net banking, card and cash.
The price we quote is the price you pay. If something genuinely outside our control changes the cost — a sharp fuel revision, a new government levy, a road closure that adds a day — we will tell you before it is incurred and you can decide. We will not add a charge at the end that was not discussed.
What a quote includes
Each yatra page lists what is included and what is not, and the quote we send repeats both. Read the exclusions — monument entry tickets, meals not listed, and anything personal are the usual ones.
Prices shown on this site are starting prices for the stated basis, typically per person on two sharing. Your actual quote depends on the group, the dates and the vehicle.
What we commit to
To quote honestly and quickly, to tell you the awkward things before you book rather than after, to give you the driver's name and number the day before, and to answer our phone during your trip at any hour.
To put you somewhere of the same standard or better, at our cost, if a hotel we booked cannot take you.
What we ask of you
Tell us honestly who is travelling, including anyone with difficulty walking or climbing, so we can plan properly. A surprise at Barsana helps nobody.
Be ready at the agreed time. Braj temples close on their own schedule and a late start costs you darshan, not us.
Respect the temples — dress modestly, follow the phone and camera rules, and do what the sevadars ask. We will not argue with a temple on your behalf about a rule.
You are responsible for your own belongings. Our drivers will look after your luggage in the vehicle but we cannot be liable for valuables left in it.
What we cannot control
Temple opening hours, darshan queues, crowd levels and festival arrangements are decided by the temples and the administration, and they change without notice. We will plan around them and tell you what to expect, but we cannot guarantee darshan at a particular time.
Weather, traffic, road closures, strikes and acts of government are outside our hands. Where they disrupt a trip we will rearrange it as best we can, and anything we recover we pass back to you.
We book hotels, we do not own them. Where a property falls short we will move you or take it up with them, but their own terms govern their rooms.
Insurance and health
Travel and medical insurance is yours to arrange and we recommend it, particularly for elderly travellers. The Govardhan parikrama is 21 km on foot and Holi in Barsana is physically demanding — judge your own fitness, and tell us if you have a condition we should plan around.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes fall to the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
