What we do with what you tell us
We collect very little and we use it to answer you. This page says exactly what, exactly why, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect
When you use the planner or an enquiry form: your name, your phone number, and whatever you tell us about the trip — dates, who is travelling, which city you are coming from, what you want included. If you give us an email address we keep that too.
When you book: the names of the people travelling, which some hotels require, and payment confirmation. We do not store card numbers; any payment is handled by the bank or the UPI app, not by this website.
Nothing else. There is no account to create, no newsletter signing you up in the background, and no advertising or tracking pixel on this site.
Why we have it
To answer your enquiry and to run your trip. That is the whole purpose. Your phone number is how we send the driver's details the day before you travel and how we reach you if something changes.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to deliver what you booked: the hotel you are staying in gets the guest names, the driver gets your pick-up details and phone number, and the purohit performing a seva gets the names and gotra you give for the sankalp.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other tour operators or to lead-selling marketplaces. If you have been called by several operators after enquiring somewhere, that is where it came from, and it is not us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings: up to a year, because people often come back the following season. Bookings: as long as our accounts require, and then they go.
Asking us to delete it
Call or write and we will delete what we hold, other than anything we are obliged to keep for tax. You do not need to give a reason and it will not affect a trip you have already booked.
This website
The planner remembers what you have chosen in your own browser so a half-finished plan is still there tomorrow. That stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit the form. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The contact page embeds a Google map, which Google may log as a visit in its own right. That is the only third-party element on the site.
